First multi-tenant, multi-certified LEED Platinum® Commercial Office Building in the country. 2.0 University Place raised the bar in sustainable practices in the city. The five-story, 98,000+/- square foot building is located in University City, where it has improved the neighborhood by bringing vitality with its everyday activities among tenants and visitors. In early 2016, Scott Mazo sold the building to Zurich Insurance Group, at the record setting deal of $438 a square foot.
